My Books
A portal tore open and shattered Sorcha’s world. Her father dead. A rival court moving in. Portals spreading across the continent like a plague. Her only chance at survival is a marriage of necessity to Neal—her father’s steward, loyal to a fault, and far too in love with her to ever dare admit out loud. With the Outer Court’s monster-hunter, Ansel, at their side, they flee across nations and oceans chasing the truth behind the portals: cults, creatures, rituals older than the courts themselves. But the deeper they go, the more one truth follows them: It isn’t the monsters that will break them. It’s each other.
My Author Services
Before you invest in a full copyedit or proofread, a professional beta read helps you “test the waters” and make sure your story is structurally sound. Beta reading allows you to refine plot, pacing, tension, and character arcs before your manuscript enters its final stages. If you want to ensure your storytelling foundations are locked in, this service is designed for you.
A genre-specialized, professional beta reader can offer nuanced, actionable insights that go far beyond the surface-level feedback of crowd-sourced or general pre-release readers.
Please note: Beta reading services do not include copyediting, grammar, or spelling corrections. (Referrals can be provided!)

About Me
Hi there, I’m Grace!
I’m a fantasy romance author from the heart of America’s Great Lakes region.
I fell in love with fantasy and historical romance as a kid, starting with Ella Enchanted and Once On This Island, and became fully Tolkien-obsessed by middle school. I drafted and queried a fantasy novel at fifteen—but eventually set it aside to study economics and human factors engineering. Years later, Fourth Wing and The Witcher pulled me back into my fantasy obsession!
My debut novel launches this August, with two more in the works.
I write sweeping, dark fantasy with world-shattering stakes, sprinkled with sardonic humor and anchored by sweet, loving, and equitable lead couples. Expect mild spice, heavy plots, some gore/horror, and unforgettable emotional punch.
When I’m not writing, you’ll usually find me hyping other indie authors, baking sourdough, lifting heavy things, hiking, or tending my ever-expanding vegetable garden.
